COVID-19 UPDATE - SMGSA 2020 Season
Submitted By Admin on Monday, April 27, 2020
Due to the current COVID-19 situation we still in the process of evaluating the start of our 2020 season.  We have confirmed there will definitely be a delay to our season, but are awaiting further information from The Ontario Government and the City of Stratford.  Our first priority remains – our players, families and volunteers.

Although our Registration has been open all year – we will not cash any cheques.  PayPal payments are currently being held until we have better information regarding the season.  If needed, arrangements will be made to either destroy these cheques or return them to you.  PayPal will be addressed when a decision has been made,  and we would refund those payments via cheque.

If the season does have a later start – we will communicate with you regarding a different fee structure.

Please note that by order of the Ontario Government, all ball diamonds are still closed.  People of all ages are asked to stay off them until this ban has been lifted.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact either:

Kathy Parkins – SMGSA President – [email protected]

Mike Brodhagen – SMGSA Vice President – [email protected]

Cheryl Fountain – SMGSA Registrar, 2nd Vice President – [email protected]s.com

Stay well!
