Annual General Meeting - Nov 4/19 @ 7pm
SMGSA is looking for new board members. Over the past few year our registration numbers have been increasing and this means we are in need of more board members to help keep everything running smooth.
Please come out to the AGM on November 4th at 7PM. We have both Large and small positions that could use you help. Any time that you can offer will help to free up some of the existing members to take on new jobs.
One very important job that is needed to be filled, is Rookie Ball convenor. This position has been held by Lee-Ann Stairs for the past 3 seasons and she has decided to move up with her daughter age group. Lee-Ann will continue with the board helping with other duties and will be available to the new convener as help is needed.
This is a great way to get started on the board and help so many kids get off to a great start in our sport.
If you can offer any time to help please come out to the AGM and lets get started on the 2020 season.
