Each week the participant will learn more fundamental movements and basic mechanics of pitching and by the end of the 6-weeks the participants will be able to say to their coach “I can pitch an inning if you need.” The way this program is designed is to gently progress each participant is gaining the knowledge and mechanics to feel comfortable in pitching.
