Lets Play Ball!
The Turner Plumbing & Heating U15 Flames have got off to a great start to the 2022 season!

After a tough loss in game 1 of opening weekend, the team has bounced back with 4 consecutive wins!
In the opening game vs a Guelph team that has been working indoors all winter long, the Flames had a tough time at the plate combined with a couple innings with a few defensive errors that allowed Guelph to score some runs and give the Flames a 10-1 loss.

Game 2 vs Brantford was a different story! A much better game at the plate allowed the Flames to score 14 runs, led by multiple hit games from Lerissa Stevenson, Ella Koch, McKenzie Parsons, Molly Milmine, Ella Gracey, Kiara McGregor & Riley Nethercott.
Final score - Flames 14 - Brantford 13

Game 3 vs Haldimand Black was another offensive outburst. A full team effort allowed the Flames to score 16 runs. The defense had a really good game highlighted by an amazing catch in center field by Skylar Fadelle.
Final score - Flames 16 - Brantford 11

In Game 4 (the official "home opener" of the season) vs the visiting Kitchener Black, the Turner Plumbing U15 Flames came out flying once again. In the 1st 2 innings the Flames scored 8 runs then cruised to a 13-10 win

Game 5 vs London was key for a couple new Flames. Former London Lightning players Lily Giesbrecht & Molly Milmine faced their ex teammates & coaches for the 1st time. You could tell that both of these girls were pumped to play this game right from the start of warm ups! Lily & Molly had a great game at the plate as well as in the field which was combined with another all round team effort from the rest of the U15 Flames.
Final score Flames 15 - London 6

Next game - Thursday night 6:30 vs Kitchener Klassics Green
